  • Entering the grounds is exclusively at your own risk!
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation in the guided tours to persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances and/or medication or to dismiss them from the premises.
  • For safety and health reasons, dogs are not allowed on the premises.
  • In order not to endanger the health of our animals, feeding is absolutely prohibited on the entire grounds, even with torn twigs and plucked green fodder. The sheep may only be fed with the food available from the caretaker during a guided tour.
  • Climbing over the barriers and reaching into the animal enclosures is dangerous for animals and humans and is, therefore, strictly prohibited.
  • Animals also need their rest breaks. Please do not try to attract the animals' attention by loud calling, clapping or similar.
  • Filming and photography in the outdoor area of the premises is permitted for private purposes. For commercial use of photographs, written permission must be obtained in advance by submitting the relevant photographs. Please note that for copyright reasons, photography in the bunker exhibition is only permitted at certain points, which will be pointed out by the guides during the tour. Video and photo recordings are not permitted outside of these areas.
  • The operation of radio and music equipment or similar is prohibited in the interest of the animals and the visitors.
  • For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are only allowed to visit the wild animal sanctuary when accompanied by an adult. Parents are liable for their children.
  • Riding bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards and the like is prohibited for your own safety.
  • Please help us to keep our sanctuary clean. Use the rubbish bins.
  • Smoking is only permitted in the marked areas on the entire premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited in closed areas.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff. If visitors do not comply with the visitor regulations, our staff are authorised to order them off the premises.
