FOUR PAWS – Foundation for Animal Welfare is exempt from corporate income tax and trade tax under Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act and Section 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act for the last assessment period 2015 to 2017 due to the promotion of animal welfare and other charitable purposes according to the notice of exemption issued by the Hamburg-Nord Tax Office on 09.05.2019.
